Shriekwind bastion

This being within the Shriekwind Bastion, where you pull the lever in order to get through to defeat the Master Vampire. However, whether it be me having pulled the lever or trying to, a sudden crash to desktop occurs and I cannot seem to figure out what is causing this. I am on PC, so maybe there is a command that I can use to bypass this part.
