In all reality a true M16A4 for this period would have the rear flip up and a Trijicon TA31RCO ACOG, not the carry handle. Not sure what period you mean, but my M16A4 in 2015 rocked an M68 CCO. In 2014 I had an M16A2 with the "gooseneck" adapter on the carry handle, also with the Aimpoint.
