I have 3 large hard lumps on my inner thigh, purple & red the first one about 2 weeks ago, the 2nd & 3rd in the last few days. they are getting bigger. Thigh lumps: Check with your pcp. Sounds like an abscess or infected hair follicle. Try warm soaks. May need antibiotics with possible drainage.
