Remove handle to get to the diverter and remove. Keep rest of the parts installed. Reinstall the cap and handle. Remove the aerator. Turn the water on at the shut off valve. Flush the water without the aerator and diverter installed for 30-45 seconds. Turn water off at faucet and and shut off valve. Reinstall diverter and aerator.
