How to fix hill descent control fault

This Sunday I got the Hill Descent Control Fault , Service AdvanceTrac Warning Light. It happened as soon as I turned my truck on, no power steering, and turn signals didn't work. Quick Google Search said to check the battery first after I had already tried to turn the truck off and on twice. Looked at the battery Fuse and it wasn't blown.
