Weapons requiring somber stones don't get good IMO until at least +6, but more like +8, but you need to have Arcane at least at 45 (with or without White Mask).
Eleonora twin blade build . Question I thought i should split my points between arcane and dex to maximize damage but it appears that just going for the minimum dex requirement and maxing arcane (like even going above 65) seems to be increasing my base damage the most. Thoughts?
