I'm not exactly sure what the tick loss is for 6:0 vs 7:0, so you'd need to factor that in. For reference, bowfa with crystal top/legs is 35% more DPS than bowfa in hides.Crystal in general is a bit of a commitment for mains. Zulrah and bandos will be your best bet with it, can also mix in some giant mole when your just trying to chill a little. I recently did this and am rebuidling through slayer, only do it if you're cool with losing 25mil through crystals. Love my bofa though, currently at 93 range working towards 99.The bowfa grind is also the "getting better at pvm movement and prayer switching" grind. I really do recommend you do it. Bowfa was 140m ish, Crystal was 6x armour seeds at around 6.3m a pop, corrupting the bow was the big headache as the money pretty much disappears. I farmed Crystal imps for a day or so, grew Crystal trees for a week which helped offset some of the cost for shards.Made a bunch of assumptions about gear, base 90 combats, and no rigour. Definitely needs an improved set effect. I think the original concept was stronger, but people REEEEEEE'd about powercreep and now we have a cosmetic crystal armor set. It should also have a set bonus with the crystal shield and the crystal hally. Like maybe with the shield, you get bonus tanking stats/damage reduction.

Rogue outfit means you get 2 seeds. This means you on average get upwards of 200 shards per hour. Alot better than gauntlet.

It is very rare that you would only bring blowpipe. GGs is the big one I can think of.Crystal, and it's not close. crystal armour gives +15% damage. Masori gives +8 ranged strength. Even ignoring the other pieces you might have like anguish or assembler, the bow has over 100 ranged str, so 15 is obviously way more than 8. It also increases the bonus from your ranged level.
