We've had a two instances of Check Engine & SH-AWD warnings happen over the course of its life, but those went away with a good fuel system clean. We started getting just a SH-AWD light in the past week - and once or twice we've had a Check Engine too. I have had quite a few of these mdx's with brake switch problems doing the exact same thing you are describing. if it is what im thinkin than it should be a reasonable repair.The first thing that needs done here is to have the fault codes read out/checked to see what codes are set.Once this has been done any codes set need to be diagnosed to locate and correct this issue here.This has to be done with a scan tool plugged into your vehicle that can read all computers in your vehicle.This may be one component at fault c...Jan 2, 2019 · The codes came back.
